Deposit of 30% requested at booking confirmation;

Cancellation policy for made bookings:

Until 1 month prior to arrival = 0% charge;

From 29 to 16 days before arrival = charge 30% of total amount;

From 15 to 8 days before arrival = charge 50% of total amount;

From 7 to 0 giorni, or no-show = charge 100% of total amount for the stay.

We refund advance payments already paid for canceled reservations,

net of the costs incurred  for sending the reimbursements.

The deposit can be paid in one of the following ways:

a) Sending a bank transfer to the following bank address:

b) Letting us know the details of a credit card,

so that we will charge the 30% of the total amount as a deposit.

Our price also includes:

-  Change of linen and towels;
-  Italian breakfast with typical marmalade homemade in the Farmhouse;

-  Private car parking;

-  Use of the swimming pool/heating;

-  Costs for water, electricity, gas;

-  Free wi-fi in common areas;
-  Final cleaning.

The price does not include:

-  Pool towels;

-  Extra cleaning and linen;

-  Municipality Tax on Tourism.

Small or medium sized and well behaved pets are welcome,
but there is NOT a fenced area where they can be left unattended.
Their stay is free, but the owners are responsible for any damage that may cause.
In addition, we kindly ask you to avoid them going to the pool and in the breakfast room.
