Amina is the ideal place for a relaxing
holiday, a short way far from Siena.
The Farm is just 3 km from the Charterhouse of Pontignano (one of
the oldest and most beautiful in Italy), and also strategic starting point to
visit places of historical, cultural and natural heritage. Indeed, guests can reach in a radius of 30km Castellina, Radda and Gaiole in Chianti; Monteriggioni, Volterra and San Gimignano; Pienza, Montalcino and
Montepulciano. Florence is about 55Km.

The Monti family
The Monti family purchased the property
in 1977: an old stone farmhouse surrounded by 48
hectares of forest, 3 acres of vineyard and an olive
grove.
As in the tradition of Chianti, the house
was the center of rural life, which was here generally involved in the production of wine and olive oil, and in the breeding of Chianina bovines and other farm animals.Over the years the family Monti has
restored the main building and the old farm outbuildings with faithful attention to the original style of the place, while focusing the production on the Chianti Classico Wine and the Extra Virgin Olive
Oil, in which the passion of Mrs. Amina added the homemade jams, served at breakfast.
The Amina opened as a farmhouse in 2006, welcoming
guests from all around the world.
